This is the digital enrollment application. Since this would be used during the registration and placement process, please be as honest and clear in your responses as possible. You only need to complete one application per household, but please include information for every child.
This application will only be reviewed and processed when the per household application fee of $50 has been received.
After hitting “Submit” at the end of this form, you will have the opportunity to use the online payment options, which would allow you to pay using a card or bank account.
If you wish to pay using check or cash, please ensure that we know who the payment is for and for what the payment is designated (name of student and “Application Fee” would suffice), by including information on the memo line of a check or by including a note within the envelope. Make any physical payments out to “The Academy of Readiness and Character” and send them to our mailing address:
